At iStreamView, we stand behind the quality of our IPTV service. Because we deliver digital credentials (M3U/Xtream login details) that grant immediate access to our streaming infrastructure, refunds are handled differently from physical goods.

This policy is designed to be fair to both parties. We strongly encourage all customers to use our free 24-hour trial before purchasing so you can verify compatibility with your device, internet speed, and preferred channels — completely risk-free.

Free Trial First

Before you commit to any paid plan, request a free 24-hour trial via WhatsApp. During the trial you can test:

Non-Refundable Cases

To be completely transparent, refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after credentials have been used — digital products cannot be "returned"
  • Incompatible device or app — we support all major platforms; use the trial to verify yours
  • ISP or local network issues — buffering or outages caused by your internet provider or hardware
  • VPN interference — some VPN configurations block IPTV streams; test without a VPN first
  • Partial use during subscription period — you are not entitled to a refund for time not used by choice
  • Violation of Terms of Service — accounts suspended for ToS violations are not eligible for refunds
  • Requests made after 48 hours of purchase when the service has been functional

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests are handled directly through WhatsApp — the same channel you used to subscribe. Here's what to do:

Provide Your Details Include: your username or M3U URL, the plan purchased, payment method, payment date, and a clear description of the issue you experienced.

Let Us Troubleshoot First Our team will attempt to resolve the issue. For technical problems, we ask for a 24-hour window to fix things. If we can't, a refund is approved.

Refund Confirmation Once approved, we confirm the refund in writing (WhatsApp or email) and process it immediately.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Timing depends on the method used:

  • PayPal: 1–3 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days (varies by bank)
  • Bitcoin / Cryptocurrency: 1–2 business days (sent to provided wallet address)
  • USDT / Stablecoin: 1–2 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days depending on your country

Crypto refunds For cryptocurrency payments, please provide your wallet address when requesting the refund. Refunds will be made at the exchange rate at the time of the original transaction.

Alternatives to Refunds

In many cases, one of the following alternatives resolves the situation better than a refund:

  • Account credit — added directly to your subscription for future use
  • Plan extension — extra days or weeks added free of charge for service interruptions
  • Free troubleshooting session — our team can walk you through setup via WhatsApp screen sharing
  • Device swap — help setting up your subscription on a different, compatible device
  • Plan downgrade — adjust your plan to one that better fits your usage
We prefer to solve, not just refund The vast majority of issues reported are resolved within minutes via WhatsApp. If something isn't working, let us try to fix it before you request a refund — we take pride in our 99.9% uptime and fast support.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We understand that payment disputes can arise. However, we ask that you contact us before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your iStreamView account
  • Permanent ban from future subscriptions
  • Reporting to payment processors for fraudulent chargeback activity

We respond to all refund requests within 15 minutes during business hours and work 24/7. There is no need to escalate to a chargeback when our support team is always available.
